Location: Our office is located on Route 44, just west of Adam’s Fairacre Farms, in the Town of Poughkeepsie. We’re in the Professional Building, across the street from Enterprise Rent A Car. Our office is at the back of the building, through the glass door, at the end of the hall. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our team works remotely, so in-person meetings and office visits are by appointment.
Our Team: Hudson Property Services is led by Matthew Cave, licensed real estate broker. Our administrative assistants, Jennifer and Hana, greet callers at our main office number. We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance call center, and a 24/7 leasing call center as well. We have a growing roster of licensed real estate agents that fluctuates seasonally as needed.
