Your home will be listed on the Mid Hudson Multiple Listing Service, and accessible to all active real estate agents in the Hudson Valley, and their renter clients.

Applicant Screening

Rest assured knowing that any tenant placed by Hudson Property Services has been thoroughly screened including credit, criminal, employment and rental history verification.

Lease Preparation

We'll handle all of the lease documents, disclosures and releases in a streamlined, digital format. All done completely online with eSign by all parties.

How to Get Started:

1. Contact Form: Complete our quick online contact form to get the ball rolling. Once complete, a member of our team will reach out to answer any questions, and get you set up with a site visit.

2. Property Visit: Select a time to meet with our rental specialist to view the property, answer any questions, and help pinpoint a fair listing price.

3. Digital Sign-up: When you're ready to move forward, we'll send the agreement for a digital signature and digital invoice. Once fully executed, we can have your listing activated within 24 hours!
