The most common reason that an appointment is declined is that the COVID questionnaires have not been completed by one or more parties. All agents and their clients must complete a separate disclosure BEFORE requesting an appointment on an occupied property.
Another common reason is that the agent did not confirm the appointment. If you receive a text message requesting appointment confirmation, you must reply or the appointment will be cancelled automatically.
