The most common reason that an appointment is declined is that one or more required release forms has not been submitted. On properties where a release is required, all agents and their clients must complete a separate release BEFORE requesting an appointment on an occupied property.
Another common reason is that the agent did not confirm the appointment. If you receive a text message requesting appointment confirmation, you must reply or the appointment will be cancelled automatically.
